Our arsenal of CNC machine tools and inspection equipment can tackle the toughest, most demanding jobs.  With bar pullers on the CNC lathes and multiple vice setups on the mills, we can handle production runs with quantities from a single piece to 10,000 or more.

Here is a partial list of our CNC equipment:

• Mazak 3-Axis CNC Lathes (3)
  6 inch chucks, 12 position turrets with secondary milling capability, hex capability, slots, cross-holes, and bolt circle patterns on the same setups as the turning work.
   
• Mazak 2-Axis CNC Lathe (1)
  6 inch chucks, 8 position turret, 5C collet attachment.
   
• Mazak CNC Mill 4-Axis Capability (2)
  24 position tool changer 40 x 20 x 20 machining size capability, multi-vice setup for production.
   
• Prototrack CNC Mill (1)
  12" x 48" table for prototype CNC work.
